The recommendation program run by PCB aims to list Polish agencies which have a proven record track of MICE projects delivered to international clients. Creative Poland as a recommended DMC in Poland has produced many conferences, meetings, product launches and fashion shows becoming a market leader in delivering creative events services to international clients in Poland.

Dumplings are famous all over the world. There are Korean dumplings, Italian dumplings, yet there are also Polish ones that have been known worldwide simply as pierogis. This is something Poland may definitely boast about! Delicate dough, a variety of delicious fillings, smooth texture and the ultimate discovery of many flavours hidden within one tiny dumpling. There are really so many ways to describe our love for pierogi! Yet there is one thing that tops it all and makes it really special and worthwile – preparing them and later sharing them together.

That is why as a DMC in Poland we always try to offer pierogi making as a team building option for smaller or medium-sized groups. There is so much fun, history, tradition, craft and deliciousness hidden in making these little delicious food snacks. There are many cool places in Warsaw, Krakow and lesser known destinations that offer such an activity. Whether you choose a famous Polish ‘milk bar’, traditional Polish restaurant or a hipstery bar in downtown Warsaw, you can always count on an exciting culinary journey during which your group will get their hands covered in flour while making pierogis. There is always a formal intruduction and a demo how they are made. You can try to make them on time, with as many fillings as possible or you may want to make the biggest pierogi ever seen on the planet. Everyone will enjoy this and at the same time learn something about Poland and its home-made cooking.

MICE by melody 2021 is a special event dedicated to MICE meeting planners from all over Germany. Creative Poland DMC is also taking part this year to meet our German clients and showcase what we and Poland as a destination have to offer for the upcoming event sesason.

Warsaw is a great destination for any kind of event, which we proved with our very first project we proudly organised for Embraer, a global aerospace company headquartered in Brazil.  If you fly with LOT Polish Airlines, chances are that you are enjoying the comfort of an Embraer aircraft, as LOT have a large Embraer fleet for short- and medium-haul flights.

Some events come to us straight from the sky and this one literally did! Embraer not only hosted their conference in Warsaw but also brought with them their new aircraft for a demo stop.

Back in September 2018, a group of airline representatives convened in Warsaw as part of Embraer’s annual “Airline Business Seminar” and we were happy to host them at two renowned Warsaw locations: The conference part took place in one of the prestigious ballrooms of the Belotto Hotel, in the very heart of Warsaw’s picturesque Old Town.

For the evening part, we moved to the south of Warsaw – to the magical Wilanow Palace. The Royal Orangery, nestled in the Wilanow Gardens full of exotic plants and palm trees, proved to be the perfect choice for Embraer’s gala dinner and made for a great introduction to Warsaw’s rich history and unique atmosphere for the international guests.  At the end of the 2-day conference, the guests were taken to Warsaw Chopin airport and boarded the E190-E2, Embraer’s latest state-of-the-art aircraft for a short demo flight. For the catering onboard, we had organised freshly-baked airplane-shaped cookies, specially prepared for this occasion by a local Polish gingerbread manufacturer.

At the end of the two days, little did we know that this event was only the beginning of our partnership with Embraer and our involvement in some of their projects, which would take us to a number of different venues in Warsaw but also destinations around Europe.

We are super proud and honoured to have received an MP Power Award 2019 for Timberland Brand Meeting as the best incoming international event in Poland! MP Power Awards are the most important MICE awards in Poland and this year we were nominated in two categories: DMC Meeting Planner & Incoming Event, having won the accolade in the latter category.

As a Creative Poland DMC team we are extremely proud of this recognition and our aim is to bring more fascinating and creative events into Poland. Timberland Brand Meeting was held back in June 2019 and incorporated not only an outdoors meeting element but also an original fashion collection presentation hosted in the forests around Narvil Hotel in Serock. Polish seaside (the Baltic coast) is more and more accessible with umpteen new flights to Gdansk from major European airports.
